Design and illustration for the 2015 Princeton University Class Day Program. Class Day is an annual tradition in which the graduating senior class selects speakers from its ranks and a guest speaker.
The Class of 2015 selected Dark Knight director Christopher Nolan, and since Batman went to Princeton, the program’s cover features the hero’s iconic mask cheekily tossed up alongside tasseled mortarboards. Spot illustrations of buildings from each of Princeton’s six residential colleges are sprinkled throughout the program. In addition to printing 2,000 copies of the program, the University printed as a poster and distributed to graduating seniors.
I was also selected to give a humorous speech at the event, published in full by Princeton Alumni Weekly. The speech can also be viewed below.
